Gavin qualified as a Chartered Certified accountant in 2009 and has since specialised in providing accounting and tax advice to owner managed businesses.

His passion is working closely with clients in a wide range of industries and making a positive contribution to a clients business and to being their trusted adviser. Gavin knows first hand the financial and emotional pressures clients may experience when running their own business and aims to help his clients with advice and provide solutions to the issues that they face.

Chris is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and works with local businesses of varying sizes and sectors providing accounting services and tax advice.

Chris enjoys making his clients accountancy and tax affairs as straight forward as possible for them, together with providing ongoing business support and proactive advice, to assist with the challenges many business owners face.

Joel is an AAT qualified and part ACCA qualified accountant who oversees the delivery of accounting services across our client portfolio. With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client service, Joel leads the team in preparing financial statements and dealing with clients’ tax affairs. Originating from Minehead, Joel’s local knowledge and professional expertise makes him a trusted advisor to many businesses and individuals in the local area.

Lauren is an AAT-qualified accountant with extensive experience in cloud accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, DEXT, and more. She is passionate about helping businesses thrive and achieve their financial goals.

Andrea has extensive experience in preparing tax returns and providing tailored tax guidance to individuals and businesses. Andrea’s attention to detail and commitment to client success helps navigate complex tax regulations with clarity and confidence, ensuring compliance and maximising financial outcomes.

Katy specialises in all areas of payroll, from compliance and reporting to implementing efficient systems and processes. She ensures accuracy and smooth operations for both clients and the internal team, bringing reliability and precision to every aspect of payroll management.

Wiktoria supports clients with accounts preparation, VAT returns, and tax compliance at Brunel. She works closely with other members of the team to deliver accurate, timely and compliant accountancy services.

Jonah is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Apprentice undertaking training within the firm. He supports the team with bookkeeping, preparation of annual accounts and tax compliance. 

Tom supports the team with bookkeeping, preparation of annual accounts and tax compliance. He is currently undertaking training towards his AAT qualification while gaining practical experience. 

Carla supports the team at Brunel with expert coordination, client communication, and day-to-day office management. With strong organisational skills and a friendly, professional approach, she helps ensure everything runs smoothly. Carla is a key part of our commitment to delivering efficient, reliable service to our clients.

Gracie is currently completing her T-Level qualification in Accounting while gaining practical experience and training within our team. Gracie provides support for a range of tasks including bookkeeping, preparation of annual accounts and self-assessment tax returns.
